Whether you are new to ChiRunning /Total Immersion Swimming or have been practicing for a while, video analysis is a key tool for form improvement.
Analysis will cover:
· Review body position in run form or current stroke stroke
· Identify technique flaws
· Suggest corrections and modifications to technique
While additional running/swimming sessions are required to build fitness and effect form/stroke technique improvement, a video analysis is a great way to assess and measure progress.
