Half Marathon Training Program Where & When
Most Helpful Review
Happy Runner
I've participated in this training program for a couple years. Coach Lloyd has trained me for several of my half marathons. I love the way the training schedules are based on my goals and not a cookie cutter schedule. Lloyd makes you believe in yourself, provides you with the tools you need to succeed and pushes you to do better with each session. I was skeptical about the Chi-running session before I took the class but found it to be very helpful in making my running form more efficient.
