About This Activity

Brief Description:
In this workshop you will learn the advanced ingredients of the ChiRunning® Technique: Cadence, Stride Length, Pelvic Rotation, Gears, Hills ( Running Up & Down). You will get lots of personal attention and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you run injury-free for the rest of your life. We will spend time alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills...the nature of the day will be relaxed, full and inspiring.

Event Description:
• Cadence • Stride Length• Pelvic Rotation, Gears, Hills ( Running Up & Down) • Gears • Hills ( Running Up & Down) • Personal Check-in Tricks and Tools  • Pre-run Body Looseners, Post-run Stretches • Innovative technique drills • How to conserve energy at any speed

Workshop Requirements:
This workshop does not cover the basic ChiRunning principles needed to understand the advanced topics presented. All participants are required to complete a ChiRunning Half Day Workshop (Basics) OR Private ChiRunning Clinic prior to attending this workshop.
